I am looking forward to graduation this year.  I will be walking down Campanile Hill into Memorial Stadium with the University of Kansas class of 1988.  I walked down the Hill last May, too.  But, this year will be much better. When is it appropriate to boo the President of the United States? Let me back up and ask when is it appropriate to boo anyone?
